Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of the Chatstead website operated by D-Wall IT Solutions Ltd. By using the site you agree to them.
The website
We provide this website and its content as-is, and do our best to keep information accurate and up to date. We may update pages, pricing and availability at any time.
The live demo
The demo is provided for evaluation only. Don’t misuse it, attempt to break it, or store important or unlawful content in it. We may reset or withdraw it at any time.
Product license
Chatstead is sold under a license granted at purchase. In short: a Standard license lets you run Chatstead for your own organization; an Extended license lets you use it in a paid product or for multiple paying clients. The full license terms are provided with your purchase and take precedence.
Intellectual property
Chatstead, its name, branding and source code are owned by D-Wall IT Solutions Ltd. Buying a license grants you the rights described in that license and nothing more.
Refunds
Chatstead is downloadable software, delivered immediately after purchase. Because the download and the license key are released straight away, purchases are not refundable simply because you changed your mind.
If the product does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us at hello@chatstead.com describing the problem — we will first try to fix it, since most issues are configuration ones we can solve quickly. If we cannot make it work as described, we refund you in full.
Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for hardware or hosting that does not meet the stated requirements, or after the software has been modified beyond recognition.
Prices and tax
Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT and other sales taxes. Any tax that applies to your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your receipt.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the website or the software. You are responsible for how you deploy and operate your own installation.
